It is the responsibility of the customer or organization hiring Jazzy Soft Play Rentals to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the soft play equipment. Please ensure the following safety rules are always followed:

  1. Children 0 to 5 years old only.
  2. Do not exceed recommended capacity limits for soft play areas.
  3. Responsible Adult supervision always required.
  4. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area.
  5. All shoes, jewelry, loose objects in pockets, and sharp objects MUST be removed before entering the soft play. Socks must always be worn in the play area.
  6. NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or SILLY STRING to be used on or near the soft play area. Do not use soft play equipment IF it is wet.
  7. Climbing, hanging or sitting on safety gates is NOT allowed.
  8. No pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
  9. No pets, toys (other than soft balls) are allowed in the soft play area.
  10. NO BBQs, firepits or heat emitting items permitted within 50ft of equipment or soft play area.
  11. NO Smoking in or around equipment or soft play area.
  12. Moving or dismantling equipment is NOT allowed.
  13. Report all incidents and/or damages to Jazzy Soft Play Rentals, IMMEDIATELY.
